Hi, thank you for giving Skimming another chance back then, and I'm sorry that's what you ran into. You're completely right — if your plan includes 120 hours of multimedia, you should never be asked to bring your own GPT key to use it. That error was not how the product is meant to work, and I understand why it felt like a broken promise.

A lot has changed since October, and I'd love for you to see it:

• The platform has gone through a major rebuild — video and audio processing now runs entirely on the credits included in your plan. No external API keys needed, ever.
• Credits have been restored and increased on every tier — to the highest level our users have ever had, with AppSumo customers looked after specifically.
• Every plan now gets its own API key with equal API credits across all tiers.
• We've added a Team feature so you can share your workspace.

We've also heard the broader feedback from AppSumo users loud and clear, and we've been making corrections publicly — including restoring credits and access after our recent plan change missed the mark.

I'd genuinely appreciate it if you tried that same 25-minute video again. If you hit any error at all, email our support team with your account details and we'll fix it personally — no runaround.
