Q: Quick Question about Video Count & Monthly Quota
I'm enjoying Skoop so far, but I'm a little confused about how you count the monthly video quota. Currently, when I look in my account it says 21/60 Per Month, but I have not recorded any videos this past month so it should say 0/60 Per month. Now, I do have 21 videos recorded, but do I have to delete them to restore my full 60 videos per month quota? Thanks for clarifying this.
A: Yeah - if you have a video (upload or record) it counts towards the monthly.
Let me find out if the monthly starts at the beginning of the month or when you activated the software. I have a meeting tomorrow and will try to find out.
If you delete a video(s) that counts towards the quota. However if you delete the video the person you sent it to can not see the video as it is gone.

No. The AI is only an assist. So it helps you structure your ideas. Matter of fact LinkedIn is using AI as well for certain things.
The videos are done individually. And it promotes personalization and building genuine connections.
LinkedIn does not like any kind of automation.
There is no automation in Skoop by itself.

Hello! I’m testing your tool, and after uploading a video and sharing a link with the customer, they encounter a standard warning: "You’re leaving LinkedIn. If you trust this link, select it to continue." I’ve noticed that reputable applications like Loom bypass this step, making the experience more professional. Could you implement a similar feature?
Actually we had that previouly when we used one of the big companies for hosting. It solved that issue. However it caused a few other issues with their API breaking, the prvented additional features that people requested, and it costs was a bit rediculous (and we wanted to avoid 10X our costs to the buyers).

Hi B16m. We have received a few of these issues. All of them thus far as been resolved by using the email you used for AppSumo.
It appears that in most cases the AppSumo purchase was made using a different email ID then what you are trying to use to log in.
To resolve this, please log in with the original email ID you use for AppSumo

Q: Calendar Integration
Can this also be integrated with calendars such as for meeting bookings?

1. You can add your own calendar link that is already synced to your calendar in the settings.
2. Or you can use the built-in calendar option to sync with your Google or MS Microsoft calendar. We just turned that on via the latest version.
