Tried to start an instant meeting, threw server SSL error
The home page has no option to log in - only register
No chat or help desk/ticketing system to report issues or get help.

Is this application still being supported?
Will I be contacted or should I give up.

Q: This looked promising, I really want to like it.

But... This is a pro-refund question to see if there is any explanation. Why are there random screenshots taken from users (not invited) during a call? To be exact, I was testing the call with a partner and we heard the camera sound taking a screenshot. At the same time a notification "Jonathan just took a screenshot". Who is Jonathan? It happened again in another occasion but I didn't keep the name (it had letters and numbers inside). Is this something you're aware of? A bug? It could be a break dealer for many of new users.

Q: Hello, I purchased sKreen and using it for the first time tonight.

I am missing customer support from within the app and feel lost only trying to set up a meeting/webinar and sharing the link with one other person to join. I will keep the rest of my rant and frustration to myself for now with hope that I will receive some kind of support and be able to use it more fluidly. There are also quirks I have noticed and simple things missing and missed by UI/UX. I will finish by saying it has potential but it still has some way to go. Thank you

This company must have gone kaput as it's ghost town on their end. Too bad Appsumo did not vested them well. Frustrating as heck to see irresponsible company like Skreen. Not even an announcement. Just disappeared.

Q: I can't use the tool.

Keep getting a "server error" message. Tried Firefox and Chrome. A friend tried to, same error.
Could not find a link for support in the tool. Tried to Google it and found a page, but the "captcha" never works and we can't send a help message.
Will have to return it if I can't get a support. Spent a lot tof time trying to make it work and find help.
Can you help me?

Q: Hi, some questions: 1) I see that your replied another place here that: 6 participants are visible at the same time on the screen.

What about all the others on the meeting? Will there be small windows with the videos of all the participants which we can scroll through, or maybe view in antoher layout (like on Zoom)?

2) Do you have breakout rooms included? If, so any limitation on the number of rooms? If not, any plan to include this?

3) Any time for when the quality of the recordings will be upgraded from 640 p to 1080 p?

Q: Hello, I bought 1 code to discover Skreen and possibly stack it.

For Whitelabel, yes after setting up, you must pass on the codes of your SSL via mail to Skreen. I emailed this on Jan 18 (6 days ago) , on Jan 21 I still had no response and I re-sent it through their support desk (requires another login for it) We are today Jan 24 and still haven't received a reply, link has still not been implemented. So there are big doubts about the support and follow-up.

Q: For the second time I lost my recording.

It was 1 hour and 15 minutes long and at the end it prompts "download file" "upload file" I clicked on upload and it said... "File is too large to upload". But then I couldn´t chose "download" either! I need to excuse myself again in fron t of my studentes! I am not sending a ticket cos no one reads them.
Please advice

Q: I really liked the product.

But the generosity of deal and the silence of support (T5E00A4AF-002-6HM and T5E00A4AF-001-ZQS, tickts open for 5 days unanswered) makes me suspicious if they will deliver what they promise. Are you guys in some kind of trouble? Or can I conclude that it is this quality of support that I will have?
