To be exact, I was testing the call with a partner and we heard the camera sound taking a screenshot. At the same time a notification "Jonathan just took a screenshot". Who is Jonathan? It happened again in another occasion but I didn't keep the name (it had letters and numbers inside). Is this something you're aware of? A bug? It could be a break dealer for many of new users.

Yes! You need to sign up on Pusher first. I also did not know this at first. They should have put this in their Welcome sequence. I am missing customer support from within the app and feel lost only trying to set up a meeting/webinar and sharing the link with one other person to join. I will keep the rest of my rant and frustration to myself for now with hope that I will receive some kind of support and be able to use it more fluidly. There are also quirks I have noticed and simple things missing and missed by UI/UX. I will finish by saying it has potential but it still has some way to go. Thank you

3) Any time for when the quality of the recordings will be upgraded from 640 p to 1080 p?

For Whitelabel, yes after setting up, you must pass on the codes of your SSL via mail to Skreen. I emailed this on Jan 18 (6 days ago) , on Jan 21 I still had no response and I re-sent it through their support desk (requires another login for it) We are today Jan 24 and still haven't received a reply, link has still not been implemented. So there are big doubts about the support and follow-up.

I was want to ask the same question. I tried to create a video conference, and before I start inviting my clients, "someone" took a screenshot and few times, before anyone joined the conference. Most important part is, I disable the screenshot function in Setting. I tried to find back the screenshot by "someone" screenshot image and I couldn't find any image. I contacted their support but did not get any reply from their support after few days. Feel so scammy.
