The home page has no option to log in - only register
No chat or help desk/ticketing system to report issues or get help.
Is this application still being supported?
Will I be contacted or should I give up.

I also have the same problem, the service does not work by mistake of the server and I have already opened 3 tickets without any response. You can't contact anyone either via the internal support app or directly via email ... At least I understand that I'm not the only one with these problems ...
Same problem for more than a week: no respons at all on mail, forms or tickets.
Feel like being cheated! Maybe someone from Appsumo can take action, this is also influencing the trustworthiness of them.
Still hope to be abele to use this seemingly powerful application!
