I have never left anything but 5 Taco Reviews here and I struggle with leaving just 1 Taco no, but I am the guy who claims to always speak unfiltered and uncompromising truth. I've sent in 2 support requests and 3 days later, I've still heard nothing but crickets. But let me say this - First of all - I was so excited to see this deal here. I'm consistently pushing my 100 participant limit on my current Zoom Plan and have been actively looking for an alternative before pulling the trigger on a very expensive 500 person upgrade. I bought GoBrunch but it cant handle the large volume of users. So sKreen looked like the ticket. I have to say, skreen provided the most frustrating OnBoarding experience I've had to date. I set up the account, couldn't create any meetings and got one after another "Server Error"
I finally realized I needed to set up a pusher account with no explanation why or what it does, but the server errors disappeared. I proceeded to set up test video conference with a friend and my wife. Neither one of them could figure out had to join. It kept asking for OTP accesss .... What the ______ is that? I found a meeting setting, disabled the OTP and resent the meeting link but this time they were required to set up an account to join my instant meeting. No One is going to put up with this, but my loyal friend and loyal wife indulged me .... they came in and were unceremoniously kicked out.. along with me. I came back tried the record button, the meeting crashed and I gave up. I wrote, they didn't respond and I'm refunding.... YMMV but as for me - I've concluded this isn't ready for prime time. For $59 I may roll the dice and hang on to it to see where they go, but I know for sure I'll be getting no utility out of this at least in the short teem.
