The platform has been very slow as of recently screeners and option screeners appearing to load very slowly
2. Mobile apps isnt very Mobile friendly although i can appreciate its similiarities to the web interface it needs to be more optimized for mobile imo.
3. When may we expect some big updates to the platform this quarter.

Thanks for your questions. Yes we need to make some improvements but the screeners usually takes no more than 10 to 15 seconds. Somo more complex strategies or with a bigger number of ticker's may take longer but usually not much more.
We are redesigning the mobile app! It will be ready for Q3 this year.
We are adding new markets and features for Q2.
