Q: Hi, this questions maybe sound stupid.
1, What are the impacts of having Delayed Data Plan (from not logging in for 6+ months) if we are currently not logged in to gather insights?
2. Perhaps, I don't grasp fully all of your platform features. Can you tell what features of your platform will be impacted from having delayed data plan? Perhaps any features that run in the background without us logging in, that will affect the customer from having delayed data plan.
3. Upon relogging back, will the Real Time Data Plan be automatically restored? Or do I need to press/set something in order to swtich back to Real Time Data Plan?

Your questions are not at all stupid! The downgrade to delayed data will not impact anyone taking this deal. While it's true that some of our tools are affected by the delayed data, as you correctly guessed, the inactivity downgrade should almost immediately revert to real-time data upon logging back in. The rationale behind this measure is the significant cost associated with providing real-time data to each user.
