The desktop version of the widget on my Wix website works great. However, the mobile version looks terrible. The widget looks huge when viewing my website on my phone and when using the "x" to "minimize the widget, the "Read Our Reviews" image is ginormous and takes up the whole bottom of my mobile screen (going off the right of the screen even). I tried writing to customer service several times and they responded once to tell me where to place the code on my website and I wrote back telling them that is what I did but that there is something wrong with the sizing of the mobile widget but no one will write me back. I followed up a couple of time over the next week and still no response. The widget on THEIR geticonic.com website looks perfect on the mobile view so I am not sure what I am doing wrong and they are not helping me. A majority of my web traffic comes from mobile so this is really important to me that I get it fixed. Hoping I get help and then can give this product 5 tacos.
