Hi Jessica and Slay Team, I like your product but find myself not using many AppSumo tools, and yours may head that way. I’m considering a refund unless I can find a way to make it work for me. Here’s how I could use it: 1. MCQ Quiz Exports: Exporting MCQs to Word or Excel is critical. Currently, I have to copy/paste each question, choice, and explanation manually, which is time-consuming. I can use other AI tools to generate the data and export data more efficiently. 2. Flashcards Embed: I need white-label embed options. Sharing links isn’t useful—it must integrate into my larger package. Without an export feature, it’s a time and money loss. Will this be added soon? Otherwise, I’ll need to refund by month’s end. I recently tried to upgrade my account to a lifetime version by following the provided guidelines, but I ran into a problem. My browser had my email already registered for the free version, and despite completing the upgrade process, the changes to a lifetime version aren't showing up in my account. I have a question about sharing flashcards with free responses and AI feedback: If I create and share a set of flashcards with my account, then students can practice with them if they create a free account. Is practicing with the flashcards limited or can students practice as often as they like? The free account is limited in terms of features. But does this limit also apply to practicing with a set of flashcards that I have created and shared? I'm asking because the AI feedback consumes tokens from open ai.
You got it wrong. In your system, does my purchase appear as refunded? Probably not. I just wanted to be able to use spaced repetition within the application. But I have not received a response until today, only my email was redirected to someone else, but also no response from that other person. This lack of consideration is very sad. It has not yet been refunded.
