I really like this tool, I think the idea is excellent because no one out there had yet thought about how AI could be really useful for studying. These guys have seen far. It's not just a matter of memorizing but of understanding what the most important information is, in a world where information and the amount of study material can be confusing and messy. I've noticed some slowdowns every now and then but customer service has been super responsive in my experience... thanks appsumo for this opportunity that I recommend to those who study a lot of data as their profession and obviously also to students and everyone. Highly recommended!

I sent multiple emails but I never got any reply or support. I think that I bought this around one week ago. I really wanted to give this 5 stars because it's a unique product and from my very limited trial as a free user, this looks to have great potential.

But the owners being busy students is no excuse for leaving the Appsumo purchase verification system broken, with everyone staying as free users. Did Appsumo not verify the system before letting this go live? Even if it is broken, how about spending 5 minutes to manually apply the lifetime status to the people who spent money buying the service.

I got this email today: "I've noticed that you haven't used Slay in a while and wanted to get your feedback on how we can improve our product. Would be awesome if you could just reply and write one thing we can do to make Slay better :)"

Actually, the apps has great potential.
but what is lacking is customer service and timely support,
We can see many people asking different questions and leave valuable reviews but only a few get their replies promptly. It is terrible customer experience.
It is unreasonable to not provide assistance asap even you guys saying you are only 4 university students, on holiday break or not, let alone request others to email you for urgency.
Because everyone here deserves your supports as you get paid for it.
It really ruins people’s confidence in the product, especially in this beginning stage.
That’s why I downgraded to tier 1, because I cannot see how much the team going to make things great. The functionality and service so far only deserves tier 1 price, and nothing more, that’s why I go for tier 1 from 3.

1. Problems with registration
2. Undertranslated - there are places on the site where the translation is inaccurate or incomplete.
3. I wanted to ask a few questions before buying, but apparently, support rarely responds. The developers complained that there were only 4 people, but guys, it would take no more than half an hour for one person to answer a few questions.
4. Asks to pay premium when I already have premium.
5. Statistics on completed cards do not work. I tried.
6. It is impossible to share the file - the link does not work.
7. Some of the explanations during the answers are a bunch of symbols of such a plan - При гнии важн комплексное
8. The site and the application synchronize with a long delay
9. The application slows down when swiping cards and opening the menu
10. The layout in the application is broken (iPhone 13)
11. The new folder can only be named in English
12. Card shading does not work

I would not recommend it.

Nice effort, but unfortunately refunded. This product is still in development and therefore the price is much too high :(

CONS
- UI is auto-translated to German, which leads to very poor translations; There are no settings to turn off
- Icons in the menus are not displayed correctly leading to an even poorer visual appearance
- Uploaded a >100 pages academic book, chose "more flashcards" rather than less, still only got 62 flashcards, which would probably be like 200 flashcards if written manually
- Screaming BUY PREMIUM at me even being a LTD Tier 2 user though

PROS
- Very straightforward and easy to use
- Fast creation of new flashcards
- Option to import/export to Anki (did not try myself)
