Bought Tier 3 but still free user and no support
I sent multiple emails but I never got any reply or support. I think that I bought this around one week ago. I really wanted to give this 5 stars because it's a unique product and from my very limited trial as a free user, this looks to have great potential.
But the owners being busy students is no excuse for leaving the Appsumo purchase verification system broken, with everyone staying as free users. Did Appsumo not verify the system before letting this go live? Even if it is broken, how about spending 5 minutes to manually apply the lifetime status to the people who spent money buying the service.
I got this email today: "I've noticed that you haven't used Slay in a while and wanted to get your feedback on how we can improve our product. Would be awesome if you could just reply and write one thing we can do to make Slay better :)"
Do you want to know why I am not using your product Jessica? Because I can't!
One thing to make it better? Reply to your emails.
