Had bought tier 3 but downgraded to tier 1
Actually, the apps has great potential.
but what is lacking is customer service and timely support,
We can see many people asking different questions and leave valuable reviews but only a few get their replies promptly. It is terrible customer experience.
It is unreasonable to not provide assistance asap even you guys saying you are only 4 university students, on holiday break or not, let alone request others to email you for urgency.
Because everyone here deserves your supports as you get paid for it.
It really ruins people’s confidence in the product, especially in this beginning stage.
That’s why I downgraded to tier 1, because I cannot see how much the team going to make things great. The functionality and service so far only deserves tier 1 price, and nothing more, that’s why I go for tier 1 from 3.
