White Labeling of Product was a Hassle
Overall the product was great. It had all the features I needed for my educational divisions, until I reached out to get it white labeled. I already bought the product but I was bombarded with all this unnecessary inquiries over multiple emails of what I am using the product for and what I am not using it for, which has nothing to do with the white label. Whether I use all the features or not it (which is my choice since I paid for it) seemed like they did not want to provide the white label service. There were too many excuses and it appeared this person was stalling or just did not want my business. Very disappointed in the service. That alone and not the product caused me to get my purchase refunded. If customer service is a problem now, it will be one in the future anytime I need assistance. I gave it 2 tacos because the customer service and the delivery of white label was not professional and in my opinion it does not matter how good a product is, if the support is not on par with the product, then it is not a good deal.
