The ad listing sells 100 credits for 8 dollars. But when I sign up with their site, I am given a free account with only 2 credits. The only way to get more credits is to pay 16 a month. So basically buying the program from appsumo got me zilch even though I registered the product key. Just the right to pay more I guess.

Ridiculous.

And no way to contact customer service unless you are some high volume enteprise planning on doing minimum 100 k or more images. No other contact link that I could find.

This should have been simple for a simple program. Instead stuck with something I can't use.

Since you don't have an easy way to contact your tech support you are getting this posted here. You can fix this, I am sure and look forward to you correcting whatever glitch is going on.

So to comply with the guidelines: the product purchased is unsable. Entering the key does not get you any more than the free demo account. Likely a glitch in their site that they need to fix.
