Thanks for the kind review. Our average first response time for SleekBio is 9 hours, including weekends, so we're one of the fastest response tools out there with support — especially when considering the cost and the affordable Lifetime deal. Many expensive monthly tools I know don't even respond as fast as we do!

If you haven't heard from the support team yet, you should soon. I'm not able to replicate the error you're receiving (I use SleekBio myself), and we haven't heard any similar reports from users, so I have a feeling you were just the unlucky recipient of a weird, one-time bug. 😉
