Looks great and promising but definitely not delivering as promised.

I was filled with expectations and joy when I started with Slice. Finally a platform to export to SCORM to incorporate in my Moodle learning environment. But when I got serious I found out this product is defenitely not in a Beta phase right now. Will try to sum it up.
Positive:
- Fast course creation
- Fancy look and feel
- Export to SCORM and functional import in Moodle
- Interactive blocks to give even more flavour to the course.
- I still have hope the team is trying to deliver a good product.

Negative:
- AI is very superficial - fast but content is not really suitable to instruct my students about anything. It seems a nice marketing instrument to provide in superficial marketing info about a certain product.
- The AI credits promised were not delivered. This is my main critic. I find this even immoral to offer a product and during the process adapting the offer in such a way it makes the user dependant on buying the extra credits.
- AI credits are far from enough to create quality courses and are used up in no time.
- Questions are not answered. How difficult is it to answer a question within one hour when starting a campaign? I answer hundreds of questions a week and mostly within 5 minutes. Even when questions are answered, they are not to the point, not transparent as if the developers themselves do not know how the product will be developed and which offer they will provide in the short and longer run.
- Not clear what the real difference is between Tier 1 or Tier 2 offer and I got the idea there is not really any difference. At least not for now.

Hope I will have reasons to change my review next week or at least next month. I am open to it. Looking forward to improvement.

Thanks so much for the feedback. The credits issue is being resolved so everyone will get their monthly credits, but it will take some time to fix the issue. Meanwhile the team are issuing extra credits manually. We are trying to answer questions promptly.
