While I initially saw potential in this tool initially, and to be fair they have added many features along the way, however there are still issues and bugs that seem to come and go with each update. Worst of all, Slick did not honor all future updates as written in their AppSumo offering. If you subscribe to their monthly plan, you get all the new features such as faceless video automation, etc., but as a LTD buyer, we are being charged extra to use those features and forced to buy credits per use, even though those features are part of the current Pro and Business plans. Bottom line is that they did not honor "All future Pro Plan updates" or, in my case, "business plan updates," as I maxed out on codes. I am very disappointed. Instead of recommending them as a tool, I'll be directing my audiences to a competitor that delivered on their promises. Unfortunately, this seems to be another company that just used LTD buyers to fund their development, then left them behind and failed to deliver on their promises.

My account was flagged for using. I asked for support and nothing. About to ask for a refund. Waste of money. System was always flaky. I tried to get support and support is also flaky. No one gets back to you.

This is the second time i bought this hoping to see improvements.

When trying to upload all videos or by youtube url it says: 'The video did not have any spoken words. or 'this video is too long' even for 12 minute videos and im on top tier.

Worse than my 1st time purchase 6 months ago.

I've never used a product from Appsumo that seemed so far from an official release. I really dont think this should be open to the public yet. Not much seems to work as it should with this software. I tried testing out a few videos but it would get stuck at the transcribing process. I tried uploading my own videos and also grabbing URL's from youtube as well. This happened multiple times and any project I created never finished, however, it ended up still using credits too even though it didnt provide anything! I reached out to customer service multiple times as well. First time I got a fairly quick response but it was very unhelpful, the issue was never fixed. A week later, I reached out again for a follow up and still havent gotten a response.
