I use this to make subtitles for my video mainly.
But when I upload a project, it keeps loading for few hours.
There is no point of lifetime deal if the support is terrible.
Its basically double work :(
I have complained to support team about it many times, yet they have not fixed it permanently.
I was trying to launcha new year campaign & this thing is not working. We are now launching it with Canva pro.
