Q: Two questions - Code Stacking & Insights Feature
1. If I bought one code, can I buy another code and have them stack? For example, I bought Tier 1 and have redeemed it, would I be able to buy Tier 1 again and add that to my current account to make it Tier 2?
2. Do any of these tiers include the Insights? And if so, which one? And if not, is there a way to pay a little extra per month for that additional feature?
You can absolutely stack codes to upgrade your plan. For example, if you’ve already redeemed Tier 1, you can purchase another code, add it to your account, and move up to Tier 2. It’s super simple—just head to your account settings, add the new code, and your plan will automatically upgrade.
As for Insights, this feature is included in the Enterprise plan, which is Tier 3. To unlock it, you’d need to stack three codes. Insights is a really handy tool—it lets you add issues and recommendations, prioritize them, assign them to your team, and even track their impact. Plus, every report you generate will automatically include these insights, making your reports both actionable and ready to share.

First of all, thanks for reaching out! To fix this issue, please make sure the accounts you're trying to connect are compatible. For Instagram, only Business or Creator profiles can be connected. Similarly, for LinkedIn, only Business Pages are supported.
If everything checks out and it’s still not working, we’d need more details, like the exact error message. The quickest way to sort this out is to chat with us directly on our website. We’ll respond fast and guide you step by step to solve it. Let’s get this fixed for you!
To clarify, the 5 data sources are specific to each workspace, meaning they aren’t shared across workspaces. For example, if you have 2 workspaces—let’s call them A and B—you can have 2 data sources (like Facebook and Instagram) in Workspace A, and then you could add 3 other data sources (such as two separate Google Analytics accounts and LinkedIn) to Workspace B.
Just to clarify further, each GA4 integration counts as 1 data source in the workspace where it's added. The same applies to platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn—each counts as 1 data source per workspace.
Also, just a quick reminder about the plans: The Starter plan includes up to 5 data sources, the Professional plan includes up to 10, and the Enterprise plan offers up to 50 data sources. Each plan also allows unlimited workspaces, so you can organize your brands' data sources separately. Additionally, each workspace can have its own visual and numeric settings—like logos, brand colors or number formats. Once you set them up, you won’t need to worry about them again!
I hope that helps! Feel free to reach out if you have any more questions. We’re happy to assist! 🌟
Thanks for your follow-up! 🙌🏻 To clarify, data sources are not shared or distributed across workspaces. Each workspace operates independently, and you can add up to the full number of allowed data sources (e.g., 50 on the Enterprise plan) to a single workspace if needed.
If you have 50 workspaces, you could add several data sources to one workspace and none to another—it’s entirely up to how you organize them. It’s great for managing brands separately, as each workspace can have its own unique data sources, branding & visual settings.
If you’re looking for a setup that doesn’t quite fit this model, feel free to reach out—we’re flexible with custom plans!
Q: What about...
Matomo (very much used in Europe), X, YouTube, Tiktok integrations? The issue with such services is the amount of integrations available... Also, does your service provide live dashboard? Thanks
We don’t currently integrate with Matomo, but our roadmap includes Instagram and Facebook Ads, with Google Ads also high on the list. These ad platforms are essential because they provide detailed insights on audience behavior and campaign performance—critical for refining marketing strategies.
Next up, we do have YouTube, X, and yes, TikTok on our to-integrate list. Your feedback has a huge impact on our roadmap, so please let us know if there are others you’d love to see!
Regarding dashboards, Slidebeast doesn’t offer a live dashboard; instead, we focus on powerful, customizable PPTX reports that you can generate in minutes. Unlike static images (like JPGs or PNGs), our PPTX format allows you to modify, present, and brand these reports fully—add your logo, embed your colors & brand name's initials, and even your customer’s branding, if needed. This white-labeling capability and design flexibility make it easy to deliver presentations that look and feel unique to your brand.
What’s more, these reports are quick, accurate, and can be scheduled for automated delivery, so once you create a report, you don’t have to worry about updating it manually. While some competitors may offer a wider array of integrations, our unique features and competitive pricing set us apart.
Thanks again for helping us make Slidebeast even better and I'll be here if you have any more questions!
Thanks for reaching out with a great question—it's a pleasure to connect with you! ⚡️
While we don’t have direct connections to GSC or Google Ads, once you connect your GA4 account, we automatically pull in available GSC and Google Ads data. This is seamlessly integrated into our reports and—fun fact—it doesn't count toward your data source limits! One GA4 connection gets it all.

will you add GSC and Google ads so that we can export more meaningful data? Besides, can we use filtering to filter data to display? for example, filter brand and non-brand keywords. Moreover, do you have any roadmap? Lastly, can u share some real sample of Insight panel?
For integrations, Google Ads, Instagram, and Facebook Ads are on the way soon. Plus, we’re rolling out AI-powered insights on each slide to make reports even more valuable. This feature is flexible, and we're excited to hear your ideas on the types of insights that would be most useful for your workflow—feel free to share!
2- Our Insights Panel is another handy tool, allowing you to add key findings, set priorities and values, and assign them to team members. These insights appear at the end of each report, providing a clear to-do list to pass along to clients. You can check out an example in this demo report (page 27): https://slidebeast.com/storage/presentations/July2024/y7CiFhePNucXuGMFAYqu.pdf
3- For filtering, Slidebeast currently supports event filtering in GA4 reports, which is ideal for viewing the performance of specific events. Other types of data filtering aren’t available yet, but we’re actively exploring new options—let us know if there’s something specific you'd find helpful!

Q: Data Source
Hi,
Is it 5 data sources per workspace?
So i have 2 websites where i can add Facebook, Instagram, Google, and 2 more?
Or is it 2 data sources on one website and 3 data sources on another website?

So if i understand it, they are shared across workspaces? Because if you have 50 workspaces you can only add 1 data source to each workspace?
