It keeps requesting "Join and download" I've tried customer support but I keep getting a "bot" that isn't answering my questions. I requested an email and the only email I've received thus far is a not saying they noticed me looking at data visualization tools and did it meet my needs. Can you provide guidance on how to proceed? I even asked for a customer service number but to no avail. Love APPSUMO but I need help. I REALLY want to use this tool but I'll request a refund if it's going to be difficult to use. Thanks
