I don't do many presentations, but I bought this for the few times a year when it could really help me. I have an important presentation in two days, and Slideshop is completely not working at the moment. I log in to the site, see the "My Account" section on the menu, which leads me to a couple presentations I downloaded when I first signed up, but I cannot download anything else. I've tried numerous presentations in multiple categories, but all I see is "Join and Download" buttons everywhere. The site acts like it doesn't know me, yet it let me login and I have a "My Account" section.

A complete loss of functionality, the ability to download any presentations, right when I need it most, makes this a complete waste of money.
