My first refund and I bought it back
When I first bought this product, my initial experience wasn't the best, not finding what I wanted, and I ended up requesting a refund — my first ever at Appsumo.
Although I asked for a refund, I still wanted this to work because I need something like this for my job.
So I contacted Alex, since he shared his email here, on Appsumo. I wanted to ask a few product related questions and also about the future of SlideShop.
From my contact with him, I also chatted with Steven, the CEO, and I knew this team would and will make this work.
And I am using some of their templates, and they do what I wanted them to do.
As a Mac user, if I had to give tacos for what SlideShop is today, my rating would be lower. But from their customer support and knowing where they want to go, I am convinced.
