Q: I've been using the free version of Slydial for years and love it, so I jumped on this.

Unfortunately, it does not seem to work.

I set up an account, downloaded the app, and it won’t work using Siri command even though I enabled it. Slydial keeps asking “which one” (it’s my husband and he has multiple phone #s in my contacts). I click the cel number and it just keeps saying “which one?”

Then, when I try to Slydial directly from the app choosing his contact and his cel, it says, “calling” but a totally different number that isn’t his. And so I tested THAT and it doesn’t do anything. Just silence.

I also can't seem to add contacts to the Favorites in the app.

Lastly, I don't see the icon to Slydial the contact directly.

So I emailed slydial@mobile-sphere.com (per Mobile-Sphere's response to another customer here) and it bounced back.

A: Thank you for your feedback. I will provide this to my developers and have them work on a fix. When you use the slydial app, you must first dial into the slydial access number. The app does this automatically so if you slydial 617-399-9980 you will see 732-759-3425 on your phone screen. This number is our access number that you must first connect to. The email address you can send additional questions to is slydial@mobile-sphere.com or you can give us a call at 617-399-9980.
