Q: This question is for other Sumolings who have purchased and have submitted numerous questions here.

These are some features/limits I like about this product. BUT, should I be concerned since I see no responses from the creators since 10/17/2021. It is now 11/11/2021 so no responses (care) for a good +3 weeks! I would appreciate any comments or thoughts.

Q: Dead responses.

It's a shame because there seems to be some great feedback, yet the lack of response from support and founders is not a good reflection of future support.

Your social media is dead an inactive. 1 review, no posts or engagement.

For a new start up and going to the trouble of launching on AS I dont get why you wouldnt reply to questions and engage to build trust and increase your sales!!
