Q: This question is for other Sumolings who have purchased and have submitted numerous questions here.
These are some features/limits I like about this product. BUT, should I be concerned since I see no responses from the creators since 10/17/2021. It is now 11/11/2021 so no responses (care) for a good +3 weeks! I would appreciate any comments or thoughts.

I purchased the product and, to be honest I'm happy with it this far. The UI can be adjusted but my text msg gets delivered. So to be honest that is what I care about, and I've spent hundreds of dollars less on twillo. Just depends what your needs are...
