Ok product, horrible service
Things that are cool:
-1:1 texting
-1:many texting
-Using Voip number like an Ooma Telo for incoming/outgoing texts
Things that are not cool:
-A marketing tool with no ability to opt-in
-No public roadmap
-No way to vote for new features
-Beth as a "customer care" representative.
Here's an example of the support you can expect - it's from an email I sent:
Hi Beth,
Thanks for responding! However you didn't actually answer my first question - and that is if you have a roadmap - if yes, is the roadmap public?
Additionally, as a customer care representative would you mind being a little more descriptive in your response about the feature not being on the roadmap? For example, what factors go into play when making the roadmap? Do you allow customers to vote? Why isn't something so essential to a service like this on your radar?
Here's her response:
We do not have a public roadmap available at this time.
