Worth the Purchase
Pros:
✅ Better text rate compares with other competitors (normally others offer ~300 to ~500/month)
✅ Simple/User friendly interface
✅ Automatic keyword reply, but only able to reply text instead of MMS
✅ Ability to receive phone calls using the number they provided
✅ Zapier Integration
Cons:
🚫When forwarding the phone call, it will deduct credits, but no ways to track the credit being used
🚫The company mentioned they have an API but when I reach out to them for more information, they said you have to be on their regular subscription plan to access (very sad)
🚫Automatic keyword only work on group message, not the individual user
Overall, I still recommend stacking at least 1 code, but sad about the API they made it seems like reaching out to request for more information will be a solution but it turns out to be a waste of time.

There is a reason why the # feature is only available on group messages. If the user is sending a message to one user it is much easier to just type the message than having to include the #.
