A: Limits in Smart Clerk are based on the number of unique bank or credit card accounts you import. Each account, whether a checking account or a credit card, counts as one “account” toward your plan’s allowance. Once an account is unlocked, you can upload statements for the current and previous tax years (2024–2025) under our fair usage policy. Statements beyond these years aren’t covered by your subscription.
Yes—a credit card is treated just like a bank account for quota purposes, so it uses one of your allotted accounts.

@Cansu. What do you mean that the subscription only covers statements for years 2024 and 2025? What would happen if we would like to reconcile statements from previous years? Do you have a separate deal/ subscription?
