I purchased the top tier LTD for 15 bank accounts. In 2024 I had a lot more bank and credit card accounts and then consolidated them to less in 2025. I am wondering if I pull information from one credit card I only used in 2024 but never used again is that 1 "bank account" permanently attached to that credit card or can I reallocate that to another credit or bank account in 2025 if I am no longer using that credit card or bank account. If I am unable to reallocate I may just have to manually scrub these one-time cards or bank accounts that I am no longer using which is a bit annoying. If the 15 accounts can be reassigned based on no longer using certain accounts to me that makes sense but I want to be sure before I use up one of my fifteen bank accounts on a bank or credit card account I used sparingly only for a year. May 8, 2025A: By default, each uploaded bank account is linked to a bank account credit.
Once you upload a statement, we reduce your limits because we have already allocated resources for it. Unfortunately, it is not possible to delete transactions or companies to free up limits in that way.
However, if you have valid use cases, please send us an email. Our team will be happy to assist you.
For example, if you cancel a credit card due to exposed card information or if your bank simply renews your credit card, we certainly cover these types of cases.
