Q: Deleting statements and accounts not possible?

I uploaded the wrong CC statements to my account and now I don't seem to be able to delete them or the account created? Am I missing something? There are two delete buttons (clear and delete) but they don't seem to delete as when I refresh, the transactions come back again.

A: Currently, it isn’t possible to remove companies from the dashboard via a self-service option. However, you can delete individual transactions associated with the wrong CC statements. If you need further assistance—either for deleting transactions or removing companies—please contact our customer support team. You can reach them by clicking the support icon in the bottom left corner of your dashboard.
