Q: invoices and bank download clarification.
1. Does this do invoice creation with inventory and taxation? Yes or no?
2. Does direct bank download mean download or scanning in statements?

Sep 12, 2025A: 1. Not yet, but it’s on our roadmap. For now, Smart Clerk focuses on processing and categorizing your existing invoices and statements.
2. Direct bank connections (US banks only for now) allows you to securely connect your bank account and automatically import your transaction data. That being said, you can also upload PDF statements (scanned or original digital copies) if you prefer.
