Q: Limits
Hi there,
I was reading a review and in one of your replies, you had mentioned that you can upload statements from 2024 and onward. Do your AI doesn't work for previous years or can't take the date from the statement and add it to the appropriate year?
Additionally, if I save up all my uploading to do at the end of the year, and upload 400 invoices why on tier 2 does this mean it will only take up to 300 invoices max? Or does your AI look at the months of the statements and account for each month?

Apr 4, 2025A: The standard AppSumo tiers will apply to statements starting from 2024 onwards. If you need to process historical data, Smart Clerk can still assist you, but you will need to contact Customer Support to unlock this feature. Please note that there is a small one-time fee for this service.
The invoice limit resets each month, and any unused credits do not roll over to the following month.

For older years, such as 2020, they would take a small fee. Unfortunately, I don't know how much it is. I read that in a comment.
As for invoices, the limits reset every month. If you plan to submit everything at once, you will encounter a monthly limit. If your needs exceed that, it would be best to start a few months in advance.
