Q: Number of Bank Statements
I am on Tier 3 with 15 bank accounts and 1,500 invoices per month. How many statements are we allowed per month?
It states that I am at my limit, but it doesn't specify anywhere in the plan details or on your website what the limitation is for bank statements.
When I inquired about purchasing the add-on, I didn't hear back. I would suggest that if you continue to offer this as a paid add-on, it should be available within the app so that we don't have to wait for a response. It would be great if you could reconsider adding previous years so we can clean up old records instead of having to pay an annual fee.

Apr 22, 2025A: When we designed Smart Clerk and launched it on AppSumo, we did not anticipate such a high level of interest in processing historical documents. It appears that many users are looking to tidy up their past financial records. While this is a great application of Smart Clerk, we currently do not offer the ability to add credits directly from the dashboard; you will need to open a support ticket for that. This is likely to be one of the first features we release next month.
-CreTzu-I'm interested in the same issue and reached out to them as well. Unfortunately, from what I understand, there doesn't seem to be any solution offered by them at the moment to free up a slot once it's been used. Even if we delete or disconnect a bank account, that slot remains permanently taken.

Concur, this is a very important feature to have, uploading many different types of statements is also key. Limiting it to 6 files seems really odd, especially since others have stated they were able to upload 100s of documents. How can we even evluate a years worth of information on 6-documents, let alone multiple years? When do features get released?
