Q: On Jan 1 2026, will I still be able to upload documents from 2024?

May 15, 2025A: Smart Clerk always covers the current and previous tax years under standard plans. This means that on January 1st, 2026, you can upload statements from 2026 and 2025. If you need to access data from earlier years, you must purchase the historical data processing add-on.

"covers the current and previous tax years" - does it mean I can't upload older documents or it means all documents I process in 2025 will disappear in 2 years and all history will be gone?
