Q: Scanning Old Bank and Credit Card Account Records
I am confused as to what is covered under the Tier 2 plan I purchased. I am not scanning individual invoices, just credit card and bank statements.
My questions:
1. Is there a limit on how far back I can go in scanning my bank and credit card statements?
2. I have companies that once I scan their documents, I will export to CSV and never have more bank or credit card statements to process. How are they counted in your system for pricing pruposes?

May 12, 2025A: Thanks for your questions! Let me answer them one by one:
1. Historical Uploads
AppSumo tiers includes bank and credit card statements from the current and previous tax years (2024-2025). If you need to upload older statements, you can do so by unlocking access for past years with a one-time fee of $15 per account per year.
2. One-Time Use Companies
Even if you only process a company’s records once and export to CSV, the associated bank or credit card account still counts toward your account limit. Tier 2 includes up to 6 unique accounts. If you reach your limit, you can always add more accounts for $15/year per account to continue processing without upgrading to a higher tier.
