Customer service does not reply

Customer service did not reply to the question. They said they could delete the company for other inquirers, and the customer service replied that they could contact them to delete it. But I contacted the customer 3 times, and it has been 5 days, with no reply at all. There is also no explanation.

Thank you for your feedback.

However, not receiving a reply to a question is completely different from not getting the answer you were hoping for.

In our response to you two days ago, we stated:

"We can only delete companies if they are unused or empty. Unfortunately, your companies have several statements uploaded, which is why we cannot delete them as requested.

If you could please let me know the specific changes you need to make, I will do my best to help you adjust the information accordingly."

We can certainly delete any unused or idle companies for everyone. However, resetting an account with 10 bank accounts and processing everything from scratch is not something we can sustain fairly.

We love AppSumo and LTD deals, but you cannot process unlimited number of bank accounts by resetting your account after you have nearly used your entire quota.

Our customer support team is always happy to assist you in sorting out your account and companies. However, leaving a 1 taco review and then forcing us to offer our services for free is not something we expected from an experienced Sumoling like you.
