Mark0225Q: I've tried the trial on your website and it looks ok.
Now, when I go to download PDF of PPTX, it just gives me the basic font. When PDF is downloaded, presentation doesn't look anything like the one that I made in the app.
And when I download PPTX, the presentation ratio is skewed, and the images are 'comdensed'.
How can we get the same design in the downloaded document compared to what we are getting when we download?
