I tried logging in without a word to see that the whole project was abandoned.

As many have said, this software has been abandoned. I have not been able to log in for a while. At first, I was able to log in, but the features didn't function properly. Then one day I wasn't able to log in. I emailed them and finally after about three weeks I was able to log in again, but the site still wasn't working. I reluctantly let the 60 days go by in hopes that they were having some technical challenges etc. Now it is completely down and unreachable. The entire site has been abandoned. Thankfully, AppSumo has the We Got Your Back Guarantee.

I’m writing this review to express my deep disappointment and frustration with SmartSlide.ai, the company behind it, and its founder. My experience has been nothing short of a complete letdown, and I feel compelled to share my thoughts to warn others.

From the outset, the promises made by SmartSlide.ai seemed too good to be true, and unfortunately, they turned out to be just that. The product was marketed as a revolutionary solution, but the reality has been starkly different. It has become increasingly clear that the company isn’t what it claims to be. The founder and the team behind this product have demonstrated a lack of transparency and integrity that is simply unacceptable.

One of the most troubling aspects of my experience has been the inaccessibility of the platform. For quite some time now, I have been unable to log in or access any of the features that were promised at the time of purchase. This lack of access has not been accompanied by any notification or communication from the company, leaving me in the dark about what is happening. It feels as though I have been abandoned as a customer, which is incredibly frustrating.

A dead deal it seems. The founder does not respond. One cannot log in, reset the password. The software is simply not working.

While there has been potential and development during the campaign, now, the tool is simply bad. It would be wonderful if AppSumo monitored the outcome after a deal is gone.
