e-mails and assign them to a teammember. We receive e-mails from potential clients in Bitrix and one teammember assigns them to the right therapist to answer the client. Is this possible ?

Hello, seems you can't send task from a different e-mail address then the account is made with. What is the solution for this ?

Hey Rob,
You can't send an email which is not associated with the SmartTask organization as otherwise its a security loophole. Anyone would be able to send an email to your tasklist spamming you.
