- I was planning on buying this but i found out it has no documentation / knowledgebase section. Is this planned? This is a dealbreaker for me since i would need another tool to create docs then. It says on the page its an alternative to Clickup but it seems not to be very complete...not a real alternative i guess. - Hi, we really like smart task as a pm tool. But my question is regarding CRM. Ability to delete multiple contacts in CRM by selecting option. Right now we can delete only 1 contact at a time. Suppose i have to delete 50 or 150 contact from list of 2000 contacts then its easy to multiple select and then delete all the selected contact rather then deleting one by one. Can you please add feature by which we can restrict contacts in CRM to admin only or permission based to other team member.
- Any idea when the time tracking + budgetting is gonna launch? And when can we expect a UI update? The website itself already has a redesign (at least the landing page for Appsumo which looks so clean), but when I switch from this website to the login and tool itself, I get less excited.
