Q: I know this is in "questions," but I'd much rather submit it as a review (AppSumo team, can you help?)

I've been a user of SmartTask for just over a year now, having purchased their direct lifetime deal back in September '19 (Appsumo Team, I'd rate it 5 tacos easily. Why?

I've gone through A LOT of task management tools (probably bought half of the ones on AppSumo).

SmartTask is the one I keep coming back to: it's lightning-fast, it doesn't have issues where it "drops" tasks due to poor synching, and it has a simple interface. I purchased a white-label, multi-team member account, but I've honestly just been using it for myself. It's been a lifesaver to help get me organized.

The one time I *DID* have a support problem (I deleted an org I was using it for, which deleted my LTD account), support was swift, friendly, and restored the account for me without any issues.

I have only good things to say about SmartTask. It isn't going to single-handedly get your business acquired or make you breakfast or do your homework, but it is damn good at what it does, it's robust, it's reliable, it's fast, and it's got an easy-to-use interface.

Big fan of this, and I hope they do really well here on AppSumo so that more folks can try it out.
