CRM+ Exactly what I was looking for
Been using SmartTask for about a week, this is after considering many mainstream CRM's for almost a year now. I knew what I was looking for, just couldn't justify the feature cost benefit (sounds like you too?)
In my experience, Smart Task ticked the boxes for me; a CRM, with flexible Project/Campaign management including a leads pipeline. A plethora of integrations is not on my menu, as is a beautiful UI, I just want the darn thing to work!
In contrast, it would be awesome to have a smother and cleaner UI (a bit spartan - no offense,) then battling it out again with rich features that are packed, quietens any complaints. Heck I didnt even think the built in timer was ever going to be used, though knowing when to pick your feet up does come in handy!
Long story short, I found onboarding straight forward, templates provided are a bonus, with so many options, daily reminders of to do list (need to add task - 'Search for tips to reduce procrastination') you are really in control, and feel it too. All this definitely helps you stay on top of things - time to put the good ol' clip board away - well almost.
Feedback:
1. Whitelabel feature is gimmicky, but cool (just wish after logging out, you are taken to the whitelabel login page instead of their default one...meh)
2. Dark mode feature is a winner.
3. It would be great if whitelabel features migrate across to app (Apple/Android)
4. Intuitiveness of software needs polishing, e.g. when viewing a contact in CRM, I would expect ALL historical touch points this contact has had in tasks/projects/calls available as a tab/s within the contact profile. This is efficiency, instead of filtering and searching and and and... savvy?
Rough around the edges means we all have valuable input to shape the future and make it the perfect solution for us all, love it! The potential is there with solid fundamentals - recommend buying with minimum 3 stack, even if you dont need it, which equates to 2 years subscription of subpar CRM's that are out there. This equals amazing LTD value.

With regards to the feedback:
1. Whitelabel going back to app.smarttask.io login screen
- This is something we are aware of and trying to resolve. Its really complicated as it deals with OAuth 2 authorization flow configurations.
2. Dark Mode

3. Whitelabel across Android and IOS App
- Unfortunately Google and Apple don't allow us to do this because of their policies and way things are structured in App / Play store.
4. With regards to history not being visible in the Contact's view.
- Its already there! At the very bottom you would find Activity feed for the contact. It has all the tasks that have happened in relationship with that contact till now.
