Not Ready For Primetime

I love the concept and simplicity of this product. I think there's potential here, but for me, it is half-baked.

What I love:
1. Simple UI
- If you are looking for simple project management and just that with simple tools and task management to think this will help you.
2. Auto schedule
- I love the fact that it will automatically adjust all dependent tasks if you adjust.
3. Show Baseline
- You can see all the "previous" schedules with this you can compare where the project got delayed.

What I don't love
1. Configuration
- I can't configure my workspace or project; it is way too simple or limited.
Example:
In Profile, I can only edit:
a. General - Name and Profile
b. Preference - Default Workspace, Task Activity View
c. Account: Password
d. Email: Pending Task Updates, Task Activities.

In Workspace:
a. Name: Change the name of the workspace
b. Users: Add/Delete users and change roles
c. Advance Tab: delete organization

Project Settings:
Name, Description, Due Date Default View.

2. Slow load times
- Every time I get out of the board view, it seems to take a while to load all the boards.

3. Integration
I can't get used to the point that the integration is located in the "?" or "Help" icon; it's not even in the workspace's configuration list.
Also, Google Calendar is only one-way integration from ST to GCalc. I haven't checked other integration,

4. Timeline view
In Timeline, when you zoom in to show the dates, you will see Month and Day Number, you don't know if it's a weekend, so I have to open up my calendar to check if the date is a weekend.

5. No Project Wide File management.
You can't upload files project-wide. When uploading pictures, it won't give you a preview of the image, and it will just show the file name. No file information in files, like date uploaded or which task it is connected. No search function in the files.

Probably other things need to improve, but I've only used the product for 3hours, and I quit.

It's up to you if you'll buy one code and wait for them to improve their product. But they are not yet an alternative to Asana or Clickup. However, they said that they just raised money, and it will be used to develop their product further and hire great developers.

Time will only tell.

Thanks for the review. However, it seems like you needed to contact the support first before posting the review. As some of the negatives are way off. Let me point them out:

1. You can't customize workspace or project enough
- Really?! We have one of most complex features like making a Group public to the organization, making a group private to the organization. Then projects within the group can be either private or public. In private projects you can have comment only users or edit users. Moreover, even in private projects you have the ability to assign one of the tasks a member outside of the project such that the person would only have the view of that task and nothing else.

2. Project Settings
- Seems like you just checked one of the dialog boxes. There are way many options to customize the access - public / private, make members comment only or edit users.
- Not to mention you can convert a project to a template
- Duplicate them
- Archive them
- Delete them. Delete has an ability to hold the project for 7 days incase the team needs to retrieve it.

3. Slow board load times
- You are right this view may be a little slow. But that too takes not more than 3-4 secs right now. We would optimize it further as we move along. (I am sure this is not a reason for a 2 star rating,)

4. Timeline view
- Wow! You ignored that we have auto-scheduling, critical path, baseline that not even big players like Asana, Trello, Monday offers these features.
- But rather just focused on a week view where it doesn't tell you that its a weekend, seriously?!

5. Project wide file management view
- There is already a Files view in the project. Its under the more tab, you may see the dropdown to navigate to the Files view
- With regards to picture preview, seems like you are way off. Just upload an image in a task and you would see the preview in the comment section. Not to mention in the board view you would see the preview too.

Frankly speaking I feel you could have spared more than 3 hours with the product and got in touch with to see if your assumptions are true or not.
