I was about to purchase Ora3 right here on Appsumo. I liked the simplicity, the childlike UI and the fact it was similar to Trello which I have been using. That said, I came across a video that compared Smart Task to Ora3 and Start Infinity - and I am glad I did! Not that there is anything wrong with Ora3, I actually created a free test account just to play around with it. But for me, Smart Task was the better solution. More robust and extensible. Frankly it was the little details like notifications, activity logs and the fact that Smart Task has a rudimentary CRM built in (which is all I need for my one man shop).

I have used Trello, Asana, Notion, and a host of other PM/Task Management tools and I find the simplicity of this tool combined with well thought out features makes this one of the best solutions for people like me. Solopreneurs, Entrepreneurs and other small organizations that might have an assistant or a VA.

I've only just begun with this tool, but I am excited to implement it in my business and recommend it to others in my situation.
