Hasn't worked since the first day
It's been 2 weeks since we purchased SmatLeads, and it hasn't worked since the first day.
Initially purchased 3 codes to stack for the full features, and tested with 1 code just to make sure the data provided met our needs. The Google Business search worked as expected, provided valuable leads in our target market. Filtering in the UI was a bit clunky, but exporting and managing it from there was a piece of cake.
The LinkedIn Database search was initially why we wanted the solution and the search results on day 1 were perfectly targeted, and so we generated a result set of 500 to export. That's where the issues started. The CSV export had the same 50 records duplicated x10, instead of the unique 500 that were reported in the UI. Multiple exports of the same search yielded the same outcome and with no way to save a search we weren't able to work with the data. The UI requires you to manually save each lead for additional management, which with a large dataset would take forever. So we stuck with the 50 unique records we were able to export on the first day.
On day 2, ran the same LinkedIn Database search and received an error that the source JSON files were unavailable. At first I thought maybe we hit our limit on the first day, but we only generated 500 results. So, sent a ticket to get some support. Response was quick (within 24 hours) and it was mentioned that a database upgrade was in process and to remain patient. That was on day 3.
A few days later the LinkedIn Database search issue is still present, so tried to use the Google Business search, which now provides an error "You have reached your daily free search, try again or please go to [external api link] to add a valid google search key".
This leads us to believe that the 3rd party API SmatLeads (apparently a free one) was using for this application is no longer working. This was on day 5. Today, two weeks after our initial purchase, both issues are still present and the tool is basically unusable for what we purchased it for.

Sorry to hear about your experience.
Just as i explained to you in the support ticket, we are doing a complete overhaul and update of our Linkedin database to make sure users are getting fresh and newest leads from their Linkedin search.
Sorry it is taking a bit long to complete this but we prioritize quality over anything else.
I want to promise you that before the end of next week, the database update will be completed.
Secondly, we are not using a free API for our Google lead search. In the support ticket, i pointed out that you can use our api or yours.
When using our API, there is a restriction on the number of searches you can do daily (this measure was put in place to avoid abuses) but when you add your API, there are no restrictions.
Lastly, you can save all the search result once (not individually) by clicking on the select all button and save. You were probably missing something here and a ticket to our support would have clarified this.
