An addition to the developer's response: I have no reason to lie; I didn't buy this product just to leave a review. Everything I described is a real fact, and the quotes are taken directly from your messages. It’s a shame I can't upload a screenshot of my dashboard here. I can see my Tier 5 status right there, but then this message pops up: Pro Feature

So, the only conclusion I can draw is that someone here is clearly lying.
I am on the maximum Tier 5 plan, yet I keep receiving emails telling me I need to pay extra to get access to the updated functionality. And we aren't talking about some special features that require additional token expenses. These are just basic updates that were essential for the platform to function properly. It has always been terrible. Do not deal with this company. You are much better off paying monthly—that way, you can be sure the product actually works, you'll get good support, and you won't lose your money.

We'd like to clarify that this is not accurate.
At no point have we charged existing AppSumo customers additional fees to access SmatLeads 2.0 or any of the features included in their purchased deal tier. We have always honored our LTD commitments and have no plans to change that.
The video you attached appears to show our optional reseller rights and unlimited-search offering. This is just an optional offer we made after requests from users who wanted reseller rights and usage beyond the limits included in standard plans. It is entirely optional and does not replace, restrict, or reduce any benefits included in AppSumo deal tiers.
When SmatLeads 2.0 was released, we notified users and updated the AppSumo deal page with migration instructions. We also noticed that you previously asked about accessing the new version in the AppSumo Q&A section, where our team promptly provided instructions on how to migrate to Version 2.0 at no cost.
We are also unable to verify the claim that customers must pay extra for core functionality or that SmatLeads is not working. Existing AppSumo customers continue to have access to the features included in their purchased tiers, and thousands of users actively use the platform every day.
Regarding support, our records show that your previous question on AppSumo received a prompt response from our team. If you are experiencing any issue with your account, we remain available and happy to assist.
If you have not yet migrated, you can access SmatLeads 2.0 by visiting app.smatleads.io and resetting your password. If there is a specific feature you believe is missing from your Tier 5 account, please let us know and we will gladly review your account.
