Login is broken and the App functions just how it looks
don’t usually write reviews, but I felt I had to for this one. The app looked promising at first, but now it says it can’t find my login. I can’t even reset my password using the same email I signed up with yesterday, even though I received the welcome email. Today I can’t log in or reset my password at all.On top of that, during the 30–60 minutes I used it, the app felt rushed and unpolished, like it was just thrown together. I wouldn’t trust it for real-world use, so I’ve requested a refund.

Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback, and I’m genuinely sorry for the frustration you experienced.
To provide clarity for you and future Sumolings: this issue occurred during our major migration from SmatLeads v1.0 to SmatLeads v2.0. During that transition window, a subset of user accounts temporarily experienced login and password reset problems — including cases exactly like the one you described.
I want to be fully transparent: this was on us. However, the issue was identified quickly and fully resolved within 48 hours, with all affected accounts restored and the authentication system stabilized. SmatLeads is now running normally, and thousands of users are actively using v2.0 without login issues.
Regarding the product feeling “rushed” — SmatLeads 2.0 is a significant rebuild, and while the foundation is solid, we are actively polishing UI/UX and rolling out improvements weekly. This AppSumo launch is helping us harden the product even further, and we’re committed to long-term development and support.
While I respect your decision to request a refund, I’d be happy to personally help you regain access or show you how SmatLeads performs now if you’re open to it.
