No matter how many times we take a run at the search. The credits are NEVER Available.

We have a Tier 2 liscence that claims up to 10,000 emails/month - and we are averaging 60 - 120 per search and a total volume 650 PER MONTH. This is not what we paid for.

When we are using the features / filters - they simply do not work.
This could be amazing, IE: whats writtne on the buttons looks so good. Its too bad None of the functions are actually there.

Support was helpful when we worked on setiup and API connection...
But when we asked about the promised volume of search NO response.

This is not something we can afford to waste more time on.
