Simple intuitive design, not quite there yet.
Based on the previous comments, I decided to take a bit of a chance on SmatLeads.
There is some confusion in the language of the promises vs actuality of the reports (it says business optimization report, but that is specifically SEO report and ADA compliance report, that are mediocrely accurate at best. I have experience in SEO as well)
I was told today on febuary 21st 2025 that the main feature of linkedin lead search would be done by the end of the month.... but it looks like people have been told that for months. There also isnt a place you can see when something is being updated like a typical Saas product has.
They didn't have their camera on when I met with them. They seemed very on edge. defensive. I was very friendly.
I did say I was going to update them on their software issues, however I'm not sure I'm going to keep it long enough to do that. It just felt like an intuitive look product that isn’t reliably useable.
The front end is great. The concept is needed. The implementation is up for discussion.

We are sorry about the misunderstanding but truly there's a business optimization feature in the software and i will be glad to show it to you.
Also, Linkedin database is regularly updated to ensure that we keep data fresh. So if you read a commend about updating the database in the earlier questions from users, it doesn't imply to this current update.
In all, i would be glad to get on a call again with you and address any issue that isn't clear.
