Q: Dear Support Team, I am writing to seek assistance regarding the features of the SMS-It CRM Tire-4 plan that I recently purchased.

While using the CRM, I realized I could not access the campaign management, smart inbox, automation, lead magnet, and e-commerce features. A notification prompts me to upgrade my plan whenever I try to access these functions. However, I noticed that the Tire-4 plan includes all these functions.
I would greatly appreciate it if you could guide me on activating these features within my current plan or assist me in upgrading to the Tire-4 plan. These additional functionalities would significantly enhance my CRM experience and help me streamline my business operations.

Meanwhile, SMart Inbox is available for our Appsumo LTD's, but the Smart Tools, Campaign Management, Workflow Automation, Lead Management and E-commerce features are not available in any of our Appsumo LTD's.
